Wi-Fi Network Configuration Errors

Here are the possible errors that you might face when trying to access the Wi-Fi Network during the network configuration.

Error N01 – Access Point not configured in Network

This issue might arrive if you added a new equipment (ex: new AP to your Meraki inventory) and you try to access the Wi-Fi network just after. Our system regularly checks for new equipment, so it might take up to 30 minutes to recognize this new equipment.

Please wait for 30 minutes and retry.


Error N02 – Network not Configured

This issue might arrive if you try to access the Wi-Fi network before you configured the Login Portal.

See Login Portal Configuration to configure the Network.


Error N91 – License Missing

This issue might arrive if the current Network doesn’t has a valid license because it was unassigned in Eye-Intelligence.

Please open the Controller Settings page in your Network Inventory on Eye-Intelligence and assign a valid license to the Network Controller. If you don’t have a license remaining, you can buy one online or contact our support team.


Error N99 – Reached License Limit

This issue might appear after adding new equipments to your Network.

All Network Licenses have a limit of Equipment that can be used. This means you will need to increase the quantity of equipment allowed for your license. Please contact our support team to increase the license limit (license cost will increase).
