On your Login Page, your can display various content for information or advertising that can be displayed as images or videos.
Because the login page has to display quickly, and that most users will see it from their smartphone, we recommend that you create optimized visuals with the following specs:
Images
Images should be square with 1080 x 1080px for optimal display (same format as Instagram).
Please note that the system still support the 520x690px that was used before.
We recommend to use JPG files because you can compress them easily and reduce the size of file. We recommend to keep your image at 100 KB max.
We also supports PNG, BMP and GIF files (for basic animations). However as the size of GIF files increases really quickly, we recommend to use videos instead.
Videos
Videos should be square also with 1080 x 1080px. If you only have 16/9 videos, we recommend to compress them to 720p before uploading them.
Avoid 4K videos as they would increase your network load but as most users are using Smartphone they won’t see the difference.
For maximum device compatibility, videos should be always MP4 files with the H264 codec.
Videos must not be bigger than 10MB.
