Managing Organizations
Eye-Intelligence allows single users to manage one or multiple locations. One default location is attributed to each user. To change which location you are currently viewing, you can use the Organization Dropdown on top of your account. If you don’t see such dropdown, it means your account only gives you access to one Organization.
Workspaces
Eye-Intelligence is a big platform all in one centralized platform. This is why we divided the navigation into Workspaces.
Each Workspace is linked to one big part of the platform and offer it’s own sidebar. You can switch between various workspaces at any time by clicking on the Top Left Button.
Advanced Navigation
No matter in which workspace you are, you can use the All Tools option in the Left Sidebar to open the advanced navigation panel.
The All Tools panel is a really powerful way of getting information about where to find a feature and to quickly access any page. You can also Search directly for any page you are looking for.
By default it only displays Options for the Current Workspace, but you can use the Everywhere toggle to display all the Tools available for your account no matter the workspace.
Main Search
Located in the Top Right bar, the Main Search allows to quickly access the documentation, and to execute global search queries. Based on the Workspace, it can search for one specific user or location.
