When you can do a fresh installation or replace a PC with a new one, you can transfer all the Player settings in Eye-Intelligence (Playlists, On/Off schedule, description, history).
When you see the Association Code screen, open Eye-Intelligence https://eyeintelligence.com and select Players in the sidebar.
Double click to open the « old » player that has the settings you want to transfer.
In the player, click on the Actions menu at the top and select Replace Player / Associate Again.
In the modal, enter the code that you see on the screen. Select that you upgraded the Operating System, or that you reinstalled it. Click on the Replace button and all the settings of the previous players will be reused and the new player will start to play the original content immediately.
