Required Ports for the application:

Here is the list of network ports use by the Eye-Infinite Player to work:

• Port 80 (HTTP) TCP
• Port 443 (HTTPS) TCP

Required Ports for remote access:

Here is the list of network ports used by the Eye-In Media team to enable remote management of your digital signage network.

Windows & Linux

• TCP Port 21114-21119
• UDP Port 21116

Tizen Displays (Samsung)

• TCP Port 7001-7002

Domains used

The following domain names must be allowed by your firewall

• player.eyein.media
• widgets.eyein.media
• api.eyein.media
• eyeinlivestorage.blob.core.windows.net

Network Proxy

If you are using a network proxy, you must enter the URL and protocol in the Hardware tab of the players to ensure content is downloaded correctly.

The format is as follows:
http(s)://[domain]:[port]
For example: https://my-proxy.com:12345
