Frequent Questions

Frequent Questions allows you to enter the questions that clients frequently ask and provide an answer to them.

These answers will pop up as suggestions when the client asks a question in the chat.

To create a new question, click on « Create new question ».

At a minimum, you need to fill out the Question, Answer, and Category to create a new question.

  • Question: write the frequently-asked question.
  • Answer: write the answer to the question.
  • Category: choose a category that pertains to the question (ex: Food) by clicking on the drop-down menu. You can also create a new category by clicking on the + sign, or edit the name of a previously-created category by clicking on the pencil icon.
  • Website URL: provide a URL that points the customer to more information regarding their question.
  • Advanced: you can hide the question by activating the switch.
The label is green when the question is hidden.

Note: If a question is hidden, it will be moved to the Trash Bin that can be found in Options:

  • Attach an image: add a visual that supports the question.

You have the option to toggle between the languages (English or French) for the question and answer by clicking on the flag icon:

Once you filled out all the categories, click « OK ». The new question has now been added to your Questions list.
