How to view and filter your slides

Slides in a project appear in the left menu. It is possible to sort the slides between those that are visible and those that are hidden.

To be able to work on a slide, simply click on it from the menu and the slide will end up on your artboard.

A Visible slide is a slide that will be played on a display device when the project is saved.

A Hidden slide is a slide that will not be playing on a display device when the project is saved. There are several reasons for a slide to be hidden:

1. The slide has a planning. This means that it is only visible during a defined period (Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). If you are outside of this timeframe, the slide will be hidden if you are working on the ‘Online’ version).

2. The slide has a past expiration date. Also in the planning, it is possible to give an expiration date to the content. Once its end date has passed, the slide will then be hidden.

3. It is also possible to manually choose whether a slide is visible or not. This option allows you to prepare slides in advance without distributing them, or just keep special slides for the appropriate times.

To search among the slides, click on the magnifying glass. This opens a new window from which you can search by name among all the existing slides in the project. This window also allows you to see which slides have scheduled plannings. Once the search is done, either press « enter » on your keyboard or simply click on the name of the slide you wish to open.
