You can insert the date and time like any other text on a slide.

Other settings are available at the bottom of the Options panel, to allow you to change the time or date format.
The time and date format uses the regional settings of the slide: that is, in French, the time is displayed in 24-hour format, and in English the time uses the AM / PM system.
Go to the project settings and change the language to change this, in the Format section.
