A visit is an in-person meeting between a resident and one or more of their family members. A visit may last anywhere between 30 to 90 minutes. Visits are booked in advance by the residents’ family members through their respective accounts on the platform.
To turn off visits, navigate to the Settings page and open the Settings tab. Once there, you will see a section with parameters pertaining to visits. Simply toggle the « Allow on-site visits » parameter to turn visits on or off. Additionally, you may limit the amount of visitors allowed per room.
