At any time when there is a problem with the order, Refund can be chosen. Click Actions -> Refund Order (Refund confirmation window will be popped up) -> Confirm.


There are two kinds of refund: credit refund (restaurants keep the money and offer customer credit to redeem) and refund money

Credit Refund
- Click Credit icon -> enter the numbers of credits (or Apply Total) -> choose Expiration Date (can be customized through calendar by checking Custom box, then Select Date) -> Credit

Refund money
- Click Refund -> Refund -> (refund confirmation) -> Confirm
