Here is a shortcut to Create a New Restaurant
Make sure you are in the Admin Workspace. If the Admin Menu is showing in Blue it means you are not. Click on the Admin button to go in the Admin Workspace and select Restaurants.
You can create a new Restaurant by clicking on the green button New Restaurant.
When creating a new Restaurant, you have the choice between creating a New Restaurant Manually and Importing restaurants from Open Street Map Data. We will describe below the procedure to create a New Restaurant.
You will have to fill all the fields in the page.
- The Restaurant Name will be prefilled with the name of your menu. You can change it to quickly identify a restaurant by location, for example [Menu Name] – 5th Avenue
- Describe your restaurant with a really short description that allows to present what you sell immediately.
- Establishment Status, we recommend to leave it closed until your menu is ready.
- Dealer is the account, most of the time you should only have one.
- Alias is an internal code that you can use to identify any restaurant.
- All Address Fields are required.
- The Timezone is really important since it ensures that business hours are correctly synchronized.

Use the Sync Arrows on the right of the coordinates to retrieve the latitude and longitude based on the address.
You are now ready to Create your Restaurant with the blue button on the bottom right.
